Terra del Tuono Linea Silver Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. is characterized by a light and fresh flavor, releases a pronounced volatile acidity sensation, and a slightly aggressive taste is perceived on the palate.
It has a distinct aroma and good acidity, and is used to enrich carpaccio, pinzimoni, and fresh salads.
It can be added at the end of cooking to flavor shellfish dishes, lamb chops, chicken breasts and lean red meats.
It is suitable for preparing cooking grounds for game and farm animals. Excellent on appetizers and entrees, it goes well with all white meats.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: deep black
Nose: intense, with slight acidic streak, with great intensity and pleasantly aggressive persistence.
Taste: full-bodied, intensely flavored, harmonious, with good acidity and persistent tannicity.

Acidity: 6%.
Aging: long-standing, in fine oak barrels
