It is preferably used raw because of its smooth and sweet flavor. It has an intense, balanced fragrance with a lingering tendency, rich and opaque, with a slightly sour aftertaste. After tasting, a sweet and clean taste sensation lingers.
Ancient Condiment Agrodolce Terra del Tuono “8” is preferred on pasta dishes, soufflés and risottos with delicate flavors. Can be used for very lightly cooked gravies. It is great in mayonnaise and sauces or on vegetable omelets.
It is a perfect match on summer appetizers and grilled white meats.
