Made with highly selected ingredients and an all-natural fermentation process, the result is a product with a special taste–a true experience for the palate!
Our 100% sweet and sour apple seasoning – Red version is delicious with pasta dishes, soufflés and rice dishes. It is the perfect condiment pork meats. A wonderful base for making delicate sauces, it is delicious with vegetables, shrimp and shellfish, omelets, and other onion dishes.
It represents a perfect match for desserts and aged cheeses.
