Jamon Serrano boneless over 18 months 5 kg

Made from pigs raised in Spain called “white pigs” that are raised on high ground; serrano comes from Sierra meaning mountain range. The animals are fed natural products while remaining enclosed in a pen. The aging process takes place over a minimum period of 18 months in rooms where humidity and temperature are particularly controlled. In this way, the meat loses weight slowly, resulting in a final product with a high level of both texture and aroma and fragrance.

Jamón Serrano is also one of Spain’s four TSGs (Traditional Specialty Guaranteed).
