History of the manufacturer

Bertoni SRL, founded in 1880, is located in Luzzara, a town in the province of Reggio Emilia on the border with Lombardy. Here we season, process and market Parmigiano Reggiano. In the nearby village of Codisotto, however, our Parmigiano Reggiano is made according to tradition at the Cantelma cheese factory.
