CHARACTERISTICS
Ingredients: Truffle dressing (concentrated white grape must, white wine vinegar, truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) (1%), white truffle flavor), water, thickener: cellulose gum; gelling agents: calcium chloride, sodium alginate; preservative: potassium sorbate. Contains sulfites. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 14 days.
