Agrodolce Terra del Tuono Seasoning – 3 is characterized by a light and fresh flavor, releases a pronounced volatile acidity sensation, and a slightly aggressive taste is perceived on the palate. Agrodolce Terra del Tuono Seasoning – 3 is our company’s youngest and least refined product.
It has a distinct aroma and good acidity, and is used to enrich carpaccio, pinzimoni, and fresh salads. It can be added at the end of cooking to flavor shellfish dishes, lamb chops, chicken breasts and red meat. Excellent on appetizers and entrees, it goes well with all white meats.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: black, with very intense amber highlights.
Nose: intense aroma with ripe notes and pleasant fresh scents.
Taste: full-bodied, has balance and lots of smoothness. The flavor is clean, fine and elegant.
Density: about 1.30
Aging: traditional type, with annual decanting into small barrels of different fine woods
Ingredients: cooked musts from Italian grapes, acetified Italian grape musts, aged according to tradition in oak, chestnut, cherry, mulberry and juniper barrels. High quality handmade product, 100% natural, does not contain dyes, thickeners, preservatives or caramels.
