DESCRIPTION
Terra del Tuono Rosé Condiment is the result of the slow aging of carefully selected Italian grape musts and the finest, well-ripened white wine vinegar.
Our Rosé Condiment has a pleasant 100% natural pink color, and a fruity and aromatic taste, truly unlike any other balsamic.
Perfect on fresh salads and vegetables, it is excellent on fresh seafood (especially shrimp and scallops) and white meats. Because of its natural sweetness and fruity taste, it is delicious on fresh fruit salads, desserts and ice cream.

CHARACTERISTICS
Nose: The aroma is strong, intense and persistent, with fruity scents.
Taste: the flavor is sweet, lively but very balanced. Very persistent in the mouth, recalling fruity notes.
Density: about 1.20
Acidity: 4.8%
Aging: short, in fine white oak barrels
Ingredients: Concentrated must from white grapes, white wine vinegar, cooked grape must. Contains sulfites. Natural product, subject to slight color variation.
