History of the manufacturer
We are the Gargano Artisan Pasta Factory. In our workshops we produce Packaged Fresh Pasta and Slow-Dried Pasta with raw materials from short supply chain.
The production of only a few quintals per day allows us to follow each stage of processing to perfection. A meticulous artisanal process and a careful study of the doughs allow us to create an exclusive and highly appreciated pasta, respecting the great Italian tradition.
